Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Mom Walk Club

Looking for an easy way to get out of the house, move your body, and meet other moms? Whether you’re newly postpartum, pregnant, in the toddler trenches, or just craving connection, Walk Club is a great place to start. Mom walk is free and open to all moms.

We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 9:45am at Chapin Park.
