Mom Walk Club

Looking for an easy way to get out of the house, move your body, and meet other moms?

Whether you’re newly postpartum, pregnant, in the toddler trenches, or just craving connection, Walk Club is a great place to start. Mom walk is free and open to all moms.

We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 9:45am at Chapin Park. No pace. No pressure.

Strides 360®

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
